Public / consumer mailbox domains (gmail.com, yahoo.com, outlook.com, …) are classified as `personal` at the very top of the pipeline — before any DNS/MX work — and excluded from Stage 2 enrichment. Keys on the domain being the provider: a company on Google Workspace (acme.com) is still a real business, only gmail.com itself is `personal`.
Off → public-mailbox domains flow through the normal MX pipeline instead of short-circuiting to personal.
~90 well-known public mailbox domains are built in and always active. Add any extras here — exact-domain match, comma or Enter to commit. They union with the built-in list.
